Journal History

JCAM was established and launched in September 2025 in response to the rapid convergence of data science and clinical medicine. Since its inception, the journal has strictly upheld the peer-review principles required to publish impactful, evidence-based research that directly translates into improved patient outcomes. JCAM operates on a continuous publication frequency, archiving two issues per annual volume.

Sponsorship and Publisher Disclosure

JCAM is entirely sponsored, hosted, and published by NEO-ART EXCELLENCE HUB PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. The structural integrity, publishing infrastructure, and financial viability of the journal are maintained through transparent Article Processing Charges (APCs), completely independent of corporate pharmaceutical or commercial medical influence.

Archival Systems (LOCKSS & CLOCKSS)

To ensure the permanent preservation of the scholarly record, JCAM utilizes digital archiving frameworks. The journal content is preserved in the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which utilizes LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) software to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. This system permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. Furthermore, JCAM actively prepares its metadata nodes to participate in CLOCKSS (Controlled LOCKSS) archival networks to ensure long-term, fail-safe digital sustainability.
