To maintain its open-access infrastructure, website hosting, typesetting, and permanent DOI assignments, the journal operates under an Article Processing Charge (APC) model. These operating costs are funded entirely through a transparent 500 USD fee charged exclusively upon the formal peer-reviewed acceptance of manuscripts, alongside institutional support and a robust waiver system for lower-income regions.
